1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

After Dispatch
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy (if applicable).


2. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations or approved returns.

  • Once the refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging/tags

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Clearance or discounted sale items (unless defective)


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)


5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
  • If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • For duplicate payments, please contact our support team with transaction details.


6. Refund Mode
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase.

  • We do not offer cash or cheque refunds.
