This Return & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made from https://kapkenterprises.in and operated by KAPK ENTERPRISES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on service availability in your area.

If reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to self-ship the product.

6. Refund After Return
